Captain Steven has spent the last 15 years as captain, circumnavigating the world in sailing ships and now this 100 year old girl.  In his past life, Steven spent 25 years managing megaprojects in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Artic Circle, and the USA.  He has personally managed all the reconstruction of the Haganes in yards in Turkey, Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines.

Purser Aleta is a true "people person" and is fascinated by people and their stories.  She will work to make your stay upon the Haganes a truly memorable experience.

Rommel, the deck operations crew, comes from Negros in the Philippines via Thailand.

Arturo joined the crew from the city of Laguna (near Manila in the Philippines) which is known for its beautiful women. Arturo's passion is cooking.

Wayan  is the chief housekeeper from the paradise island of Bali in Indonesia.
