Payment and Terms & Conditions Payments are accepted by all major credit cards as well as by wire or bank transfer to an account in the United States. Payments will be accepted in most currencies. 1.0 Booking Procedure 1.1 Payment conditions are 25% due within 7 days of confirmation of booking. This confirmation payment is non-refundable. 1.2 Balance of monies are due 30 days prior to beginning of the cruise vacation. On event of 1) cancellation after payment of the balance of monies or 2) failure to show up for vacation after payment of the balance of monies, a 25% refund of all monies paid for the vacation will be returned upon request. You do have the right to assign your bookings to another party provided notification to Haganes Cruises is made in a timely manner. 1.3 Failure to pay balance of monies due within 20 days of the beginning of the vacation will automatically result in cancellation of the vacation. 2.0 Cruise Vacation Conditions 2.1 Weather and other conditions will effect the movement of the vessel, planned activities and the itinerary. Movement of M/V Haganes occurs only during daylight hours as most anchorages contain uncharted reefs which must be visually navigated. Haganes will anchor in protected anchorages at night so that the evenings can be enjoyed - either on the ship or ashore. 2.2 The price includes the following for one or two people: transfers between airport and vessel, 7 days & nights aboard the vessel, a private air conditioned stateroom with facilities, fuel (up to 150 miles from point of embarkation and an average of 5 hours per day of movement), all food aboard the vessel, and unlimited transfers between the vessel and shore. 2.3 At extra cost, diving trips, car rentals, or tours can be arranged. 3.0 Additional Information 3.1 It is recommended lightweight casual clothing is packed. 3.2 M/V Haganes' systems were designed to cargo ship standards. The systems operate well although they are noisier than what you would experience on a cruise ship, but they are also quieter than those on a small yacht. These sounds are low pitch. Generators run 24 hours per day. 3.3 Electricity aboard the ship is 240v/50 hz. 3.4 If no meal preference is requested, meals will be international cuisine fused with the local Asian diet. Local vegetables, tropical fruits, and sea foods will be showcased. 3.5 The ship's tender boat (for going to shore) will operate whenever the M/V Haganes is anchored. 3.6 M/V Haganes is a high seas designed vessel and has high thresholds at all doors/hatches. In addition, access to the vessel and some internal stairs are at inclines similar to a stepladder. This should pose no problem for people of average mobility. 3.7 There are no medical facilities on board the vessel, and the quality of facilities onshore will depend on the locations being visited. 3.8 No pets are allowed on board. There is a ship's cat. Please advise the crew if you are allergic. 3.9 Liability of Haganes Cruises and/or Nesnah Associates Enterprises Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘Contractor’) is limited to the purchase price of the vacation voucher. Contractor is not liable for any consequential damage. Pre-Vacation Preferences: We will try to create your perfect vacation but we need a little input from you. Please provide the following information to your travel agent or email it directly to aleta@haganescruises.com. 1. are you allergic to any foods or spices? 2.how much variety do you like in your diet? 3. what would be your perfect breakfast? What other foods do you enjoy at breakfast? 4. what would be your perfect lunch? What other foods do you enjoy at lunch? 5. what would be your perfect dinner? What other foods do you enjoy at dinner? 6. what do you never want served to you? 7. do you drink alcoholic beverages? Please describe type and quantities? 8. do you like afternoon tea? 9. what activities do you want to do while you are on this vacation (e.g.. specific sights you want to see; places to visit, diving, golf etc)? We would like to rearrange these activities. 10. do you have any special needs which needs to be accommodated? 11. electrical power is 240v/50 hz – what electrical items are you bringing? 12. are you celebrating a special occasion? |
